PTO is a company run their bussiness by searching members to other company which require members like PTC,PCC,PTS and mony others.So, if you become member of PTO, everyday you will given bargain to become members from other company.If you accept their offer and filled form and rule,then you will paid at the price till 20$.So, PTO can be told like company of searcher of labour.
